Only great things to say about my experience being a patient here. The doctors are knowledgeable and professional. The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. The office space is bright, clean and welcoming—with the latest equipment and modern technologies. Also a very nice and expansive selection of frames, to meet various style and budget needs. The staff and doctors are friendly and efficient and the doctor I saw was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions and any concerns I had. I felt the costs for the exam and the glasses I needed to get were very reasonable since I don’t have insurance for vision and was paying out of pocket. Other places I have gone in the past were considerably more expensive.
Everyone were very nice and friendly. I came in a little late with my wife and son and the staff were very understanding and patient throughout. Dr. Lu and her staff were very approachable and answered all our questions. The place was very clean and pleasant. We highly recommend this clinic!
