We bought a home in Grand Rapids and had to have electrical help on 2 separate occasions. On both occasions, Dan answered the phone when we called and either came out same day and/or sent his crew out to provide service for our needs. Really happy with the speed and quality of service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Would not respond back to calls to fix mistakes that were made. I had to call my utility company to get it fixed, which they also charged me for. Service was subpar, and communication was terrible.
Very focused on the job and great customer service.
Had a wonderful experience with Dan. He was able to make time to fix the outlet for my dryer within a couple of days of my contacting him. He was on time, actually early, and a complete pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using this company again for any electrical/contracting needs I might have.
