One star is too high of a rating. The chief tax accountant in Fairlawn failed to file my taxes as well as send me my tax estimates for the year. There was no apology or reason given. I received a lot of letters from the IRS for failure to file estimates and taxes. So if you like to receive mail from the IRS hire them for the excessive amount of money they charge for their lack of service!

Very poor customer service. Good luck getting someone to call you back. I Do not recommend this company. There are many other staffing agencies that I found who have time to return phone calls.
