We acquired a business that had previous automobile damage done to the front of the building. I am new to the area and just cold called general contractors. Beyond happy with every part of the job Skoda did. Timely every step of the way. Awesome communication every step of the way. Finally, they did as good of work as one could hope for. They will now be my go to contractor in the Cleveland area for sure!
Chris and his team are true professionals. They stand behind their work, which is a rare quality. Chris is extremely responsive to any concerns I have. I hired Skoda Construction to do some emergency work on my mom’s home. I called for a quote, they were out to my mom’s home the following morning, gave a clear explanation of the work to be done, and provided a quote. The next morning my mom’s job had been completed. Tony and his team were fantastic! Tony’s communication, response time, and the team’s quality of work was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Skoda Construction.
It's hard to put into words how thrilled we are with the addition Skoda Construction built on our home!
