Whitney is the ABSOLUTE best! She does the best shaped brows I've ever seen. She makes her clients feel comfortable and safe and her salon is super clean. She also genuinely cares about her clients and treats them like friends. My skin is super sensitive and can be difficult but she's never made me feel bad about it or acted annoyed at all.
