On June 14, 2025 I purchased two Groupons, one 60 minute deep tissue massage and a 75 minute facial for SKN SPA in Yonkers. The salon said the next available appointment was June 17th so I booked it for the massage. When I got there the room I was in was cold. There was no sheet, just a rough towel to cover me. The massage therapist did not ask me throughout the massage how I felt or if the temperature or pressure was ok. She also barely used any oil, it felt like her hands were dry rubbing my skin. I love this spa! I have been coming to this spa since about 2016 (started at their previous location). I was given a gift certificate to them for my birthday and I have been hooked ever since. This is the only spa I come to! Cecilia is the best! She’s knowledgeable and actually cares about your skin! Not only are they great at facials but also at massages. Definitely recommend.
