I booked this facial after calling the clinic to confirm that mechanical extractions were included. We also discussed extractions again before starting. No proper extractions were done — closed comedones were not removed, and I was told a serum would help instead. The appointment ended earlier than the advertised 60 minutes. For $150, this felt overpriced for Saskatoon and more like a basic facial, not a deep cleansing treatment. I’m attaching a photo showing the condition of my skin right after the appointment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shereen is such a wonderful owner and a genuinely kind soul. She helped my daughter with scars she had been self-conscious about, and my daughter is so much happier and more confident. That in turn makes me so happy as a parent. We couldn’t be more grateful!

I had an appointment that was booked weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I was taken to the treatment room and seated, only to be told at that point that I needed to complete a new intake form. I agreed and began filling it out, but was then directed to the final section, which unexpectedly required entry of a credit card. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming staff. Went to a previous home operated laser place for treatment on an angioma and went multiple times with no results. Came here for the same reason and recieved a different laser treatment and saw results immediately. Thier equipment works well and staff knows how to use it to get good results.
