my wife and I have come by multiple times and every time it says that they are open and they never are. went by today and the door was open but no one was there. horrible service and business. they do not answer calls. i suggest going to an actual med spa that’s operational. do not lie to me again. lights weren’t on and no one was there and went next door to ask and they said they wouldn’t know. no one was their. so now you lie? People should not come here

Very clean center and aesthetically pleasing decor! The owner Erica got me scheduled for laser hair removal, excellent customer service, top tier. She talked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable. The process was way less painful from other laser hair removal places I have been to. It was literally not painful at all.
