I have had Sam advise and help me with many legal issues with a few of my businesses. He has been very helpful no matter what the issues were. Understanding contracts, setting up new businesses and help with collecting money for our accounts receivable departments. Sam is very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced, and just a great man to deal with all around.
I had one of my customers that refused to pay me. I called up Sam and he did an amazing job. He got me my money and then some. We did end up settling and I was very happy. If you are having the same issue I was, Sam is your man, excellent work.
While the small claims filing brought against me was absolute garbage and clearly unwinnable at a quick glace by anyone who knows how to spell lawyer, Sam's expertise and assistance prior to and during the settlement hearing resulted in the plaintiff completely abandoning their claim without needing to go to court.
