I was genuinely impressed with the service that Seth and his crew offered. I just needed to replace the stock radio in my truck and didn't want anything fancy or a bunch of extras. He worked with me over the phone finding what I wanted, ordered it, and set-up the appointment as soon as the parts came in. My appointment was at 2pm, I got there 15 minutes early, and I was out of there and on my way home by 2:20pm.
