The customer service here was DYYYYYNOOOOOMITE!!! VERY kind, helpful, knowledge, and friendly! I think it was the owner. He went out of his way to accommodate us! He even helped hub switch his tow hitch around bc it was too low. He delivered it to us across the street within a few mins while we were still at the gas station pumping ! We were expecting to pick it up when we returned the skiis... They are TRULY the description/definition of EXCELLENT customer svc!!! skiwi is the absolute best. i’m a las vegas local and own my own waverunner, but my friends and i rented another two from them and they were well taken care of, beautiful waverunners and they took the time to explain everything to my friends who aren’t as experienced and don’t have boating licenses. the owner is patient and kind and explains everything you need to know. i have also came to them to fix my waverunner and their services are so exceptional. what i like about them is they are genuine people who are nice! you can ... read more
