Great service and quick fixes.
These guys are fantastic! When one of our jet skis broke down, we called them, and within 10 minutes they were on their way with a replacement. Not only that, they told us they would extend our rental overnight at no additional charge so our day wouldn't be ruined. When they loaded the "broken" jet ski onto their trailer, they discovered the intake was packed with weeds. Oops! I rent 2 jet ski the 16 of november and Skiwi canceled our booking because of the bad weather. We were very disappointed but Skiwi refunded us. They are serious; I recommend !
I rent 2 jet ski the 16 of november and Skiwi has canceled my booking because of the bad weather. I received an email which mentioned that I will be refunded in 30 days maximum (picture in copy). But i have still not been refunded and Nobody answer to my e mail….i was in contact with Craig but no answer…Could you help me to get back my money please ?
