Disappointed and deeply concerned homeowner We bought our home from Skipton Properties just three years ago. At the time, we were told the development would end at a landscaped green area maintained by our community. Recently, without planning permission, Skipton demolished a stone boundary wall and opened access to this space — land that we help pay to maintain through our estate fees. We were effectively scammed by this house builder out of nearly £5000. We were pressured into paying for house fixtures for a a house with reserved and when our chain fell through the builder decided to take the house offer us and refuse to refund.

We simply can not thank Karen enough from our 2nd proper visit to moving in day. She has been by our side, helping us to navigate the various steps in both selling our house and buying this wonderfully built Skipton Properties home in Lancashire. I have just moved into The Willows, Silsden. The location is fabulous. The customer service and support with the move into my new house has been 1st class and of course the build is outstanding. The little extras you get with a Skipton Properties build makes it easy to move in and get going straight away. There were only a few very minor snags but the excellent customer care service meant they were sorted within 24 hours. Iam looking forward to many happy years in my Skipton Properties house.
