They came to my house to quote a job for shower glass, some shelves, some mirrors and shorten a big glass shelf I already had. Took measurements and the shelf that needed shortening. Days and days later they called with way high quotes and said they couldn't shorten the shelf they already took and I should come get the shelf. I told them I thought it was their obligation to return the shelf, not my responsibility to come get it as they had indicated they could fix it when they took it....oh, and did I say they wanted 2 times... read more
