Been going into skips for years with no issues and last few times service has been horrible. I basically had to beg for someone to help my significant other find the boots he was looking for. Astounded with the level of customer service, they're all around wonderful ladies. Everyone working was kind, helpful, and laid back. Very positive experience. We came in on a busy Saturday afternoon, there were a couple of other customers. We were welcomed, informed of sales, and asked if we needed help with anything. My husband gave me two gift cards to use for my birthday, one for $50.00, the other $25. On 9/30/25 I bought $215.79 in merchandise, using both cards and my debit card. yesterday 10/22/25 I returned a Woman's X Laney Wilson Fringe shirt (to hot for FL)tags in tack never worn. They handed me $7.51 stating $50.00 went on MC and $19 on Visa (both which were destroyed after fully used). Great selection of boots. Great prices. Friendly and helpful staff. I was here for a while shopping for a new addition to my boot collection and everyone was so easy to work with. The staff really helped find me the perfect fit and look I was going for. Definitely returning again soon!
