Condescending and Rude Well, I went in to just get an estimate on some minor body damage and I left with nothing and feeling like an idiot. The man refused to listen to anything I was saying and wouldn't help me in any way. He talked down to me like I was an idiot. If they are trying to drive away any potential customers and go out of business, they are doing a fine job at that. I wish them luck.

very disrespectful I took my 2005 F 150 to skip body shop for stare inspection I got rejected for a upper ball joint which was no problem I left to get it done, about 30 minutes went by I got a phone call from the state inspector at skips ( look like a personal cell phone number) the inspector's name was John p jutras inspector number 13036, anyways he calls me immediately starts yelling over the phone telling me if I ever f****** come here again and have the radio turned up loud that he was going to f****** smash my radio t... read more

I used to think Skips was the best but I was wrong I had a pretty bad front end collision recently, my insurance gave him a max of $4100 and I had to pay any difference, which I did. Ever since I was able to drive again, the car's been jerking. I went there to talk to him about it and the conversation kept coming around to a front end alignment, which they didn't include.
