Adding to my complaint below and I will be filing a formal complaint and retaining an attorney if necessary.I just had to pay for the permit from the 2 year old project to get renewed so I do not have issues with the city. Skips said they would pay for this buy did not.My Awning has been sitting now with the end cap off, holes in the yard and no comment form Skips.If I could give a negative star rating I would. We had an awning installed over an existing deck. The company did not pull a permit, I did as a homeowner. When I called for an inspection, the project did not pass. The City of ****** has been working with Skips, to let them know what is needed. No one from Skips has contacted me in months. The project will be 2 years old in July and is not done. I have to pay out of pocket to get a new permit that is good for 90 days and I have no idea if the company will fix the issue in this timeframe as it has been a year and it's not d... read more
I contracted with Skip's Awnings to install a carport. In the bid the carport was to be sealed along the house. Also the existing section of car port was to be resealed along the house where it was leaking. The carport was installed but the new section and the old section are both still leaking water. I have called many times and now they just ignore me. It has been over a year since the installation and water continues to leak along the house.

It's always best if you aren't getting a response from the installer that you reach out to the office. These guys are quite busy and it's hard to get a hold of them. We will do what we can to make this right for you.

Looks great and easy process they came out measured gave me a price then came out and installed it only been up about a week but looks good
