I needed some help with my battery while I was on vacation in town, and the man that helped me was just great! He was polite and efficient; I really appreciated his help on such short notice.
Incredible customer service. Blessed my family and I by serving us with kindness eventhough they were incredibly busy. We were stranded and they opened their door and hearts to us. We are so greatful!
PHENOMINAL. Like many others, was travelling through the U.P., last day, on our way home and had a tire issue. I went to several different shops in Marquette, MI who couldn't/wouldn't give us the time of day. We called Skips on our way and they said they could squeeze us in as we were coming through town. They took a look, fixed the issue and back on the road in 15 minutes!!! EVERYONE was so amazing!
Wonderful place!! We were driving across the UP when our overheating light went on. They were 1 minute from closing, and waited for us to get there to check it out. After looking under the hood, adding coolant, and checking the system with their gauges, they sent us on our way, confident nothing was wrong. Very nice and helpful! Wouldn’t even take a tip. Awesome place! Thank you.
Great service, got my truck shocks replaced and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Love it!!
