I would rate it zero stars if possible due to how customer service, management and overall care and attention to detail has diminished progressively. I grew up in Fort Lee in The Colony right across the street from Skippys. Have been a loyal customer (along with my entire family ) since they opened. Today I had an experience that was so upsetting and it was a reflection of management. I was the only customer there. Fast. Thorough cleaning job. All at a fair price.
10 days ago I did detail cleaning on my car it was like comes out from factory Now after car wash on this place you can see the pictures scratch all over.
Great hand wash
Unfortunately this place went south recently, which upsets me. Been using them for a while and now must look for another car wash. They did a very poor job on my last wash despite very generous tips. I have pointed out chunks of dirt they have missed and the guys simply ignored me. When I showed multiple missed spots to the guy who was taking my payment, he kept saying "Please" and asking me to move along.
