Extremely overpriced and terrible quality. Go to Portillo’s or Kabobs in St. Charles.
I just ordered a couple of hot dogs and they were fantastic. They were made perfect. The hot dog buns did not have the little black speckle things on it, but other than that it was good. The restaurant was clean and the people working there were not unfriendly, but they weren't friendly either.
The food portions were very large. I ordered a medium size gyro meal. Gyro sandwich, fries, large salad, and a drink. I had to bag up half the gyro and and trimmings and take them home for tomorrow. The service was attentive but I was left a little in the dark about how long of a wait I had. But it was worth the wait. They also have Chicago Style Hot dogs, Italian sausage, sweet and hot peppers and seniors get discount if they ask.
Hadn't been here in a while and unfortunately it will be the last time I. Ever go here. $25 for a gyro meal with drink is criminal. I wasn't told my total until I got to the window. I couldn't hear the employee on the speaker clearly when he mentioned the drink didn't come with the meal. $3.50 for a fountain drink is absolutely crazy. Worse off the food isn't what I remembered it to be. The gyro meat was bland and the fries were cold and shriveled.
