HORRIBLE customer service so rude and slow. We ordered the nachos and a chicken sandwich took probably 40mins with the place almost empty. The nachos barely had any toppings and charging $4 extra for queso which was non existent. We had maybe four chips and let our server Francesca know right away. She said that’s just how they are, refused to do anything to make the situation better or take them off the bill. I have never experienced such rude customer service.
