I called to check on freight deliveries due to a public holiday in estarn states, and experienced a dismissive and abrupt response from a staff member. The tone was unprofessional and left a poor impression, especially given I had recommended this company. Unfortunately, I no longer feel confident continuing business with them. No recommended for customer service.
