I had a delivery coming from nsw. Skippers said it was out for delivery on Tuesday and it never arrived. I called back Wednesday and they said the same and also said they’ll call prior. Again it never arrived. I’ve been wasting money paying staff to wait around for something that isn’t coming. Definitely don’t recommend skippers. There’s plenty of reliable transportation options that are true to their word
Amazing service
Fantastic company.
I called to check on freight deliveries due to a public holiday in estarn states, and experienced a dismissive and abrupt response from a staff member. The tone was unprofessional and left a poor impression, especially given I had recommended this company. Unfortunately, I no longer feel confident continuing business with them. No recommended for customer service.
