Need to Hire an Inteligent manager – Nothing but problems with this place as the staff cannot make up their mind about how to honor specials. The manager, whom looks strangely like Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg (Gary Oldman's character) from the movie, The Fifth Element delivered and did the reorder on a special that was not allowed the very next week. Thanks for wasting my time and gas for your confusion.

Awesome food and exceptional service – Fish is great, not greasy, great side dishes and friendly service is one of Portland/Vancouver BEST. Last reviewer must own a competing restaurant. Totally opposite. I have been going to Skippers for 25 years and they NEVER have dissappointed!!! Loyal customer who appreciates fresh seafood and friendly service. "All You Can Eat" special is an amazing deal!!

Poor food and value – I was very surprised how bland Skippers' fried food tasted considering how expensive it was. The fried fish tasted like the frozen kind you buy in the grocery store. The batter was the crumb type and wasn't tasty like Capt. D's or Long John Silvers. The fish was expensive...$6.89 for 4 small pieces and fries. It included a tiny order of cole slaw that I first thought was tartar sauce because of how small it was.
