Awesome customer service! Boats for most of us are a luxury item and Any problems are frustrating because it interrupts our free time. Brought my Minn Kota in and they took great care if me. Thanks guys!
Worst customers service because they said that they order me a parts on Wednesday and it's going to show up Friday and I waited all day for a call when the parts was suppose to show up but I got no call so I called them and they said they couldn't order the part from one vendor and so I have to wait till next week Tuesday for the part to show up from a different vendor....in other words if I would have never called them they would have never order me the parts that I need.
