Awful experience. Bought a pontoon from them. They have been illegally holding our license plate for months now. Do NOT use them.

Back in May 2020, I went to Skipperbud's in hopes of purchasing a boat. Despite reading a few negative reviews and hearing about some previous poor experiences, I did decide to give them a chance. As a person with little background knowledge about boats, I would have hoped that Skipperbud's would have provided me with all of the information about our purchased boat. Great sales, poor follow through... sold me boat with chips and damage all over it. Said they would do something about it... never did
I absolutely do not recommend anyone going to the service center for boat motor repairs. I've taken my boat to them on two different occasions and almost 1800 later I picked my boat up yesterday and it still running like it did the first time I dropped it off. crazy how you guys take people's money and not fix the problem. absolutely worthless !!!!!!!!!

RecommendedI had an issue with the Axius on my 2016 Chaparral 330. The dealer that sold the boat to us gave up on finding the issue. Dan worked with Mercruiser sending information back and forth leading to video calls with lead engineers until they found the problem. I can’t say enough about their determination to fix our problem when others gave up.
