My name is Elizabeth. I am 101 years old. I never spoke to this company yet they are charing my insurance. My great grandson has helped me file fraud cases against this company. He is right. This company should not try and hurt me by filing false claims and essentially stealing money from me and the government. I am 101 years old.
Currently on my 7th day waiting for a result for my test. I've been calling for the past 4 days religiously trying to get ahold of someone and all options lead to a full voicemail box. To the owner: if you're so interested in saving face: be more efficient than replying excuses, leaking client data and health info to google reviews, fix your actual customer service operation.
