Went to pick-up a vehicle. The initial payment process was fast and easy. We called before when we went so we thought the vehicle would be ready. They only had the car for about a week and they had removed all the stuff from the car and taken off the plates like they were getting reqdy to sell the vehicle. We had to wait about 15 mins for them to find the car to bring it out. Also when they took it they didnt have a key so they apparently made a key without asking. That might be their procedure though. Customer of over 12 years bought many vehicles in such bad shape that I took straight to the scrap yard and never once complained about it. I ended up suing a dealer consigner of theirs and resolved that. However they now admit that because of my legal action they have banned me from the auction. I never even sued the auction. Understand this correctly - they're saying if you take recourse for a purchase grievance even if it isn't against them, then you will no longer be allowed at this auction. I had a good experience there as a first time purchaser. It’s a very fast peace place easy to get overwhelmed by a car that turned out to be not so good but they were reasonable and worked out a satisfactory solution to the problem and I greatly appreciate that and I would recommend them but do your homework my daughter got a car there that day and got extremely good deal
SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE OF SKIPCO AUCTION AND BRUNSWICK AUTOMART!!! I had an absolutely terrible experience with Skipco Auto Auction, and I want to warn other dealers about what happened. I purchased a Mini Cooper online for top dollar because it was listed with a GREEN LIGHT. The seller was Brunswick Automart. When I picked up the vehicle, I discovered that it had a BAD TRANSMISSION!
