I ordered an item that was not available but was still listed on the site. Why not make it not available and avoid this issue. I called and spoke to John and he told me he would cancel the order, but I was charged the full amount anyway. So now I am out the funds till it get's refunded. That's not good as our budget is tight like most folks. It would be much better if they did what they said they would do, not good CS.
