Absolutely horrible company, ordered a 5500$ hvac system and it arrived damaged, they are now refusing to have the freight company come pick it up until I load it on a pallet, a 320lb condenser they want me to load up myself, a residential client with no forklift 😆 now 5500$ is tied up on my card and I can’t order a working system because of them and it’s been several weeks, if I could leave negative stars I would. Horrible
Good people and I got the products I had ordered. There were some hiccups in communication. But they answered the calls and responded courteously. The run a good operation, but the smoothness of communication and internal processes can be improved for a 5* customer experience. Overall I am satisfied.
Friendly, great price, Jenna was the rep. I spoke with, info I need on a time delay whom got the info I needed. I didn’t know they have filters that I’ll look into purchasing
I have been ordering my filters thru “Skip the Warehouse” for a few years now. They are always courteous and prompt with delivery and their prices can’t be beat.
Fantastic operation. I live in south Florida with brutal summer heat and had a motor go out in my air handler which required a rare spacepax motor. SkipTheWarehouse came in clutch and had a motor delivered direct to my house from the factory, living up to their name and literally skipping the warehouse. I appreciate all their great help. Most of all they gave me a discount for being a Gold Star Family Member when they didn’t have to. I highly recommend them! Veteran owned! Semper Fi!
