What an excellent experience. I was in dire need of a hard to find spacepak fan motor. The team at Skip the Warehouse promptly took my call after we had a text exchange. They thought they had one. They had a Team member physically locate the unit to ensure all was good. They hand walked it to their shipping dept to ensure it could be overnighted to me ( my system was down so this was critical ). They sent me a series of order and shipping confirmations. I have having issues with my ac unit it kept cutting off they told me what to do so it wouldn’t keep happening I haven’t tried it yet but once I get home I will reset it like they said to see if it work but they was very helpful
