I wish I could give a million stars, but since five is the max, that will have to do! We had been searching everywhere for a nearly impossible-to-find part for our HVAC unit. When I reached out to Skip The Warehouse, Jenna assisted me right away. She went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Very rude coustmer service and the owner has a particular interest in our geopolitical climate that others (like myself) may find upsetting as it is rooted in a hateful ideology that pushes us back
