I love all SkipHop merchandise! What I don’t love is the customer service. I have been emailing and calling consumer affairs for a replacement shoulder strap for a skiphop diaper bag I have and have gotten absolutely nowhere. Why offer replacement parts but then make it so difficult to get ahold of anyone to get them? I’ve even asked where I can just buy one myself so I don’t have to keep emailing and calling as I’ve been for the past 3 weeks with little or no help! Worst customer service EVER! Zero stars would be more appropriate. They issued a recall on their Moolight & Melodies Nightlight Soother in October. It is now almost February with no replacement or refund despite being promised both several times.
Great products and very innovative designs. The kids love it!
