Worst experience ever!!!! Doreen Did my face laser and she is so rude and treated me so badly. Her words were: “it’s laser obviously it’s going to hurt”😞 When I asked to talk to the owner she said she owns this place. The receptionist was so confused as she already told me that the manager was someone else!!! They were trying to change me extra making me fool. Don’t ever go to this place!!!! So bad it’s a scam. I’ve been a regular at Skin Visual Med Spa and always see Daryll for my OxyGeneo facials. Every time I walk away with fantastic results! Recently, I had a concern and was so impressed with the exceptional service provided by the receptionists over text and Dorin the owner. She addressed my concerns with a quick turnaround, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for their outstanding treatments and customer service.
