Got a basic facial and it felt like someone just rubbing cleanser on my face for 20 minutes. No real extractions or treatment. Left with red, irritated skin.
The equipment looked worn and the needle depth felt inconsistent. Not confident everything was sterile or done correctly.
Microneedling was so painful I had to stop halfway. They said it would be "mild discomfort." Felt like a cheese grater on my face.
