Had the most amazing facial done by Claudia. She is the absolute best esthetician Ive ever received services from. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel so comfortable! Not to mention my face is snatched! I received HIFU and LDM treatments and will be coming back for more services :)
Irresponsible Management & Lack of Accountability – AVOID THIS PLACE I applied for a loan through this business with Cherry, but after deciding to discontinue the treatment, their management promised to refund the remaining amount to Cherry. However, despite numerous attempts to contact them and resolve the issue, no one has ever called me back. I had an awful experience with this business. I booked an appointment and even paid a deposit, only to show up and find the spa closed. I tried calling both the office and the number I used to book, but no one had any idea why it was closed or what was going on. After finally getting a call back, they offered me a reschedule along with a complimentary facial, which I absolutely refused.
