I genuinely consider my facial at Skinterest the best I have ever had. Let me qualify that. The boutique is even nicer than some of the top spas I've been to. It's downright luxurious and you are relaxed as soon as you arrive. As soon as you arrive, you are greeted warmly by the staff. It immediately puts you at ease and you can start to relax right away. This was my first ever facial and boy I did not expect it to be that incredible. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the atmosphere was the most perfect zen. Cat was so thorough and truly cares about doings what’s best for you and your skin. Thank you so so much! 15/10 would recommend!

Worst customer service and not understanding at all. Been a loyal customer for months, never been late and never missed an appointment. At my last appointment I was going to be about 15-20 min late as I had to go back to my son’s school as he started bleeding and it was an emergency. I told them I would get there but about 20 min late.. they were not accommodating at all and told me I would have to change the service for something quicker that I didn’t need at all. I truly cannot say enough good things about Skinterest. I originally started going because I was struggling with pretty severe acne, hyperpigmentation, and dark spots, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I ever made for myself.
