I would give 0 stars if that was an option! 3 calls to AAA and 4 1/2 hours later, they never showed up!

We were just about to cancel AAA and I had an issue where AAA sent out a very knowledgeable and quite efficient gentleman named Matt and he made me quite comfortable with Skint Knuckles wrecker service. I will probably continue with AAA just because of his service.
Had towing service multiple times with them via AAA, super polite and helpful!! They always communicate very well, and let you know when the truck will be there as well.
I had a flat tire on the way to my daughters in Georgia, in Leeds , AL. The tow truck driver changed the flat, recommended that my sister and myself check into a hotel and buy a tire the next morning at Walmart. He was clean, just a really polite person! That would have been enough but he didn’t stop there, he called my phone about an hour later to make sure that we had gotten settled in the hotel! Super nice guy!
