Over the weekend I went tubing on the Salt River and at one point fell out of my tube. Thanks to SKINSPORT'S "Arm Day" workouts I was able to pull myself out of the water and back into the tube using only my arm strength. This would not have been possible 5 months ago. SKINSPORT'S trainers have provided the various workouts I need to improve not only my strength but also my balance, weight loss and weight maintenance.
I have been going to another gym and doing a lot of different workouts for years. I "thought" I was working hard, but I wasn't seeing results. I have been at SkinSport for about 2 weeks. Already, I can tell a difference in the workouts - I am burning a lot more calories and I already feel so strong and I can't wait to keep going. SKINSPORT changed my life. At 70 I was obese and so unhappy. Then I saw an ad for a six week challenge to get in shape and thought hey I can do six weeks. SKINSPORT is family!! Everyone single member gets involved and is encouraging and supportive. I may have shed a few tears and wondered how I could ever do a squat or get my foot high enough to grab from behind. But I DID!! I’m 73 and more fit and healthy than ever. Thank you Scott!! And my fabulous gym family. I love you all!! 🏃♀️
