I agree with the latest review that SkinSpirit is not transparent regarding pricing. There was no mention of cost during the consult or procedure and I was shocked at how much a standard session of Botox cost here (maybe some of it is Seattle taxes?) my Botox ended up being quite uneven and I needed a few units touch up and they charged me for this. Typically small touch ups are included so I was not impressed.
No transparency on price despite asking about specific treatments. I cannot justify coming in for a consult without knowing prices ahead of time. I’ll be giving my business to clinics that post their pricing online. Editing my review after their response: I did reach out to SkinSpirit directly before posting my review, and they were super weird and cagey and vague about their pricing. I followed Erin Beal to this location, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been seeing her for a little over two years now, and I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. She’s funny, relatable, incredibly knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable. This is the best med-spa I have ever been to! Fantastic service every one is very friendly and professional. The facility is beautiful and the best facial I have ever experienced. I highly recommend!
I spent over an hour on a Lime bike to get there. I had called at 4:00 and scheduled my appointment for 5:00 because my maps said it would take 45 minutes to get there. She said there was a 5:15 also. My maps must have thought I would be going 15 mph the whole way. After going over all the crazy bumps I’m finally close. It’s 5:10 so I called to tell them I’m across the street.
