I had my first-ever Sculptra appointment at SkinSpirit after a friend’s recommendation, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Before the treatment, I specifically asked Megan whether using the second vial two weeks later would involve an additional charge. She clearly told me that it was covered and that I would not have to pay again. However, when I went to check out, I was told that the follow-up appointment would cost another $800.
