Horrific customer service. I made an appointment listed on their website as available. Someone on their staff cancelled my appointment without asking me or informing me. Then they scheduled me at a time when I was unavailable, again without asking me or checking my availability. THEN, they started spamming me with multiple calls. They may be great skin care specialists but terrible respect for customers.
I’ve been going to Pasadena SkinSpirit for a while now and absolutely love it. The staff is always so warm and welcoming, and Dr. Rachel is incredibly kind and attentive. I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!
This place is great; the entire staff are professional and extremely gracious, the procedures are done by pros that really know their stuff.
