Always a treat coming to this place! Michelle is excellent at what she does. She’s super friendly and truly cares about you.
I love the nurse here, the treatment is professional. However, the staff is not so great. Everytime I arrive on time, but is asked to wait for 20-30 mins. Especially, Rachel the manager, is very rude and not helpful at all.
I had a very disappointing experience at SkinSpirit Palo Alto. No one called to inform me that my appointment today was only for a consultation — I was expecting an actual treatment. To make matters worse, my appointment was moved to a later time to accommodate another client, which was both inconsiderate and unprofessional. This place is the Nordstrom of skin care. Great service and knowledgable staff make for a first-class experience.
The receptionist was so rude and with a lot of disrespectful unprofessional attitude, and not willing to help or accommodate. So many other clinics walking distance with much respectful manner towards clients
