I always see Jules at Skinspirit Palo Alto for my facials. She’s exceedingly knowledgeable and does a wonderful job. My skin looked so great today when I left that I didn’t even need makeup when I went out to dinner!
My mother got micro-needing done here and she had a terrible experience. She was left with black scars all over her neck that has begun to spread due to the “esthetician” doing the micro-needing on her neck. After speaking with a real dermatologist, we learned that she was never supposed to do the procedure on her neck and only on her face. The people who work here are very uneducated and unhelpful. We have called them multiple times to figure out what we can do to remedy the situation and they haven’t even bothered to call ... read more

This was long pending review. I was regular customer but they upgraded my service during treatment without telling me. When asked about extra cost in bill their manager started arguing we added x y z things as complimentary. I do not think if should upgrade any service without letting customer know doesn’t matter which complimentary services you provided with it
