This was long pending review. I was regular customer but they upgraded my service during treatment without telling me. When asked about extra cost in bill their manager started arguing we added x y z things as complimentary. I do not think if should upgrade any service without letting customer know doesn’t matter which complimentary services you provided with it
Had a great experience! Joanne was amazing she made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. My treatments turned out exactly how I hoped, super natural and not overdone. I’ve been going for almost a year now and it’s great!
