Saw Tessa today, and a brilliant experience. Explained every step, very professional, and so kind.
I had BBL and MOXI with Ana Souza and had a great experience. She explained what to expect and recommended skincare to use afterward, which made the downtime feel much easier and quicker than I expected. My skin looks smoother, and I’ve noticed a real difference in the pigmentation. People have even been asking me what I’ve been doing to my skin!

I always see Jules at Skinspirit Palo Alto for my facials. She’s exceedingly knowledgeable and does a wonderful job. My skin looked so great today when I left that I didn’t even need makeup when I went out to dinner!
My mother got micro-needing done here and she had a terrible experience. She was left with black scars all over her neck that has begun to spread due to the “esthetician” doing the micro-needing on her neck. After speaking with a real dermatologist, we learned that she was never supposed to do the procedure on her neck and only on her face. The people who work here are very uneducated and unhelpful.
