I had a very disappointing experience at SkinSpirit Palo Alto. No one called to inform me that my appointment today was only for a consultation — I was expecting an actual treatment. To make matters worse, my appointment was moved to a later time to accommodate another client, which was both inconsiderate and unprofessional. The receptionist was so rude and with a lot of disrespectful unprofessional attitude, and not willing to help or accommodate. So many other clinics walking distance with much respectful manner towards clients

Be cautious. I was 13–14 minutes late to my BBL laser appointment (my fault), but Michelle Gonzales handled it very poorly. She REFUSED to let me USE the restroom, downgraded my service to a lower grade laser without consent, and said my only options were to accept it or pay late fees. She was rude, aggressive, and more focused on money than patient care. I wouldn’t recommend her. I left shocked and disappointed.
