SkinSpirit is a very upscale Medspa & they do excellent work but I will say their lip fillers are very overpriced. Sierra is GREAT at what she does-literally a perfectionist-& I appreciate how & what she did while I was a customer there. She has precision & skill & is super sweet. My only complaint is that $760+ for 1 syringe of filler where you can get it for $400-600 within the same 5mile radius with just as much skill is quite overpriced but it’s “in LaCenterra”. I always go to the cinco ranch location, and Sierra is simply the best! She is so amazing at what she does. Best injector hands down!!!

This was my first time getting a facial and Emelie took great care of me. She explained everything she was doing and even gave me some great suggestions for my acne prone skin. A month later and my skin is much clearer! I did a purge event but now everything is clearing up. Highly recommend
