The staff are really sweet and nice. The actual practitioners are the same way and make you feel comfortable as well as keep you informed on what is happening throughout the process.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people deserve to know about my experience. I spent nearly $1,700 on lip and cheek fillers, expecting professional results and quality care. Unfortunately, I ended up with uneven lips and uneven cheeks. The results were clearly asymmetrical and did not reflect the quality I paid for. The best medspa in Katy! Sierra for Dysport - she always does a great job and truly listens to what you want. Results are always perfect. Esma for laser hair removal - very kind and makes you feel comfortable in your own skin. Very pleased with the results. The receptionist is always very kind and welcoming. She’s also great about sharing what deals are coming up.
Emelie is amazing! I had a laser treatment done today and it couldn’t have gone better. She was gentle, professional, and talked me through everything. I’m very satisfied!
