I recently booked an appointment with Haley Tsutsui-Decker for botox and I am very satisfied with my experience! Haley has great attention to detail and kept my concerns in mind. Saw Van in Burlingame. Overall okay — fast and efficient, treatments were fine. Big downside was scheduling: last-minute changes with no proactive rescheduling, you have to chase them yourself. Good for quick visits, but not ideal if you want a more curated, long-term experience.
I literally booked an appointment with them about 15 days ago and confirmed it 3 days ago. I took the day off because I have an upcoming appointment with them today afternoon. They called me today morning , 10 am and left a voice mail and said too bad, your esthetician cannot make it today because a personal matter came up. And when I called them back , they said she was sick, and don’t have any alternate options to see me today and need to reschedule. I saw Michelle at Skin Spirit and she was amazing! We did Botox, lips, and sculptra. I have never felt better about my skin. I’m 42 and have started noticing things changing but I don’t want to look like I’m doing stuff. She explained everything and did exactly what she said… Just refreshed me. I feel great!! She is also so fun and funny!
