I do not recommend coming here for CO₂ laser or any serious skincare treatment. I was given no numbing at all before my CO₂ laser session — not even a basic topical cream. The pain was unbearable, and my body was literally shaking on the way home. The provider rushed through the procedure because they were closing soon, and the entire experience felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish.
