Super unprofessional, I booked an appointment in March and it got cancelled the day of about an hour before. Christine said she was in the process of moving locations and her spa would be unavailable for a while. I let her know I was trying to book using a groupon and I was worried it would expire before I could use it. She let me know that she would still let me redeem the groupon which I thought was really nice of her. I made an appointment, arrived and no one was in the salon. No one checked on the phone either

I had an appointment yesterday, scheduled via her system, and I arrived about 20 minutes early to wait and use the restroom before my appointment. Christine never showed up for my appointment! I called and sent a text message and never heard anything back. I left 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. Really unprofessional!
