Dr Luciano is fabulous, professional, courteous and LISTENS to exactly what you are looking to achieve. I recently had a Brachioplasty done and am thrilled with the outcome! I’ve always wanted beautiful arms without bat wings and Dr Luciano made that happen. Anyone looking to enhance their bodies in any way won’t be disappointed with his expertise.
