As one user already mentioned, this business owner has horrible scheduling practices. It's one excuse after the other. Something with her car, something with a guest room. If there is an excuse, she has used it. She constantly asks to reschedule or straight up cancels appointments the day of. Sometimes when I am literally on my way to the establishment.
