As one user already mentioned, this business owner has horrible scheduling practices. It's one excuse after the other. Something with her car, something with a guest room. If there is an excuse, she has used it. She constantly asks to reschedule or straight up cancels appointments the day of. Sometimes when I am literally on my way to the establishment. I scheduled an appointment and she wasn’t there when I arrived
The appointment book on their website had the day and time I picked for a wax service as available, but 30 min prior to service Suzanne texted stating she was not aware it was opened so she could not provide service. Waste of time
