Have been seeing Suzanne for nearly 4 years and I recommend her highly. I have had a number of services done and she always does an amazing job. She is a consummate professional and cares deeply about her clients. I deducted a star because she started canceling a lot and I did talk with her about it. As one user already mentioned, this business owner has horrible scheduling practices. It's one excuse after the other. Something with her car, something with a guest room. If there is an excuse, she has used it. She constantly asks to reschedule or straight up cancels appointments the day of. Sometimes when I am literally on my way to the establishment.
