Edit: The stores offer of reconciliation to this complaint is leaving the part they installed intact, at no charge as well as having apologized for the error. I didn't catch the young lady's name, but she was awesome! She was super nice, helpful, and professional. I brought my son's phone in because it wouldn't charge, thinking I'd have to pay a fortune. Turns out it just needed a cleaning. I would've happily paid the twenty bucks for the service, but she did it as a courtesy since it was simple and my first time there, which was really cool. Highly encourage to have repairs performed here. Amazing professional customer service. My charger bent in port and the repair was less than 7 minutes. Was told it was an easy fix and thus, no charge. Too nice. Thank you
