Very Unprofessional. Rescheduled 2 times. I was on time for the consultation and the owner came up with excuses. Least she could do was call me earlier. I think she didn’t want another client or god knows whats the reason. She lost a potential client. I don’t understand how customers are giving her good reviews i was so ecited for my skin treatment even left my baby with dad and took the time out. Maria is the best at what she does! I would never trust anyone else with facials or my waxing needs. I have suffered with rosacea/sensitive skin my whole life. Maria knows my skin type very well. I’ve been coming to Maria for 10 years now. She is very professional, super friendly and kind to her clients. The atmosphere in her spa is very peaceful and welcoming. It’s my 90 minute getaway!!!
