Love it
I love their friendly customer service. I go into skin renew for laser hair removal and they always make me feel comfortable. They take proper measures to give me the best results. Their machine works phenomenal!! Highly recommend them!!
I can only speak to the overall customer service, but the phone support I received when inquiring about their procedures and experience was fantastic. They answered my questions and I had a sense of their expertise. This is especially important when respecting patient's time and not defaulting to making an appointment before even knowing if the office is right for you. Unfortunately, I will seek scar treatment elsewhere, but I'll certainly consider pigmentation and aging issues here.
