I can only speak to the overall customer service, but the phone support I received when inquiring about their procedures and experience was fantastic. They answered my questions and I had a sense of their expertise. This is especially important when respecting patient's time and not defaulting to making an appointment before even knowing if the office is right for you. Unfortunately, I will seek scar treatment elsewhere, but I'll certainly consider pigmentation and aging issues here.
Very pleasant staff and worked us in on time of the schedule I had microdermabrasion and facial with Casey she did an amazing work I would recommend this for anyone!! Thank you
