I’m not a patient because I was never given the chance to be one. Your receptionist was rude and dismissive when I called for an urgent referral from my GP. Being told “good luck with your search” when asking for medical help is unacceptable. Please train your staff to show empathy and professionalism.
Waiting here for 45 minutes. Nurses are rude. No respect for others time.
