No you have not ever had a facial until you experience Simplicity!!!! I'm from La Jolla, CA. Land of the spa experience and even those don't measure up to the experience and unique methods applied here. She keeps up with current trends and effective treatments and customizes each journey since every client is quite different and she knows it. I can't give it a five star since it's off the charts 10 stars.....
