Absolutely terrible. I was “greeted” by someone who sounded irritated that I came in, and I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time when I finally got called back, I had to explain three times what procedure is made the appointment to have done. She missed about half the area I wanted done because she answered her cell during the procedure.
